At First Robe, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it easy to exchange or return.

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and unused
In original condition with all tags attached
In original packaging
Sale items and customized/altered pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Contact us at firstrobepk@gmail.com or WhatsApp 0327-3631456 within 7 days of delivery, along with your order number.
Our team will confirm eligibility and share the next steps.
Once approved, send the item back to us at: Lavish Mall, Tariq Road, Karachi, Pakistan (or drop it off in-store).
After inspection, we'll process your exchange or refund within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defect or our error (wrong item, damaged product), we cover return shipping.
If the return is due to a change of mind or wrong size ordered, the customer covers return shipping.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, or as store credit if preferred. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color instead? Let us know when you reach out — we'll process the swap as soon as we receive the original item back, subject to availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product, and we'll resolve it at no extra cost to you — replacement or full refund, your choice.
